You can get help in a clothing store by telling employees what kinds of clothes you are looking for. To do this, use the sentence pattern Ich suche nach + KLEIDUNGSSTÜCK. In response, they might say something like ⁠Ich kann Ihnen die Kleider zeigen, die wir auf Lager haben.
⁠Könnte ich diese Jacke anprobieren?
To ask if you're allowed to try something on, use the sentence pattern Könnte ich + KLEIDUNGSSTÜCK + anprobieren?. A store employee might then answer with something like ⁠Natürlich, unsere Umkleidekabinen sind gleich um die Ecke.

By using the sentence pattern Dürfte ich bitte + KLEIDUNGSSTÜCK + anprobieren? you can politely ask to try something on. In response, a store employee might say something like this ⁠Sicher, ich kann Sie zu unseren Umkleideräumen bringen.
⁠Wie viel kostet dieses Hemd?
If you're unsure of how much something costs, you can ask for its price by using the sentence pattern Wie viel kostet + KLEIDUNGSSTÜCK ?. A store employee would then tell you the price. Here is an example ⁠Es kostet 10 €.
